Jaclyn is a highly skilled and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate care. With expertise in creating personalized treatment plans, she utilizes holistic approaches to mental health that ensure optimal outcomes.
Jaclyn offers a comprehensive range of mental health services, including in-depth assessments and diagnoses, customized treatment strategies, effective medication management, and referrals for therapy. Her specialization encompasses the diagnosis and treatment of both adults and select adolescent clients, addressing conditions such as ADD/ADHD, OCD, PTSD, Bipolar I and II, Depression, Anxiety, Sleep Disorders, Postpartum Depression, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
